Order preparation and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 to 96 hours (working days, excluding weekends and public holidays). An email with a tracking link is sent to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery methods and costs

The delivery methods available depend on the destination country. The exact cost is calculated according to the destination and the weight of the parcel, and is displayed before payment.

• Mainland France and Belgium: pick-up point delivery at €4.90, free for orders of €120 or more. Home delivery with Colissimo at €6.90.
• Germany: pick-up point delivery at €7.38. Chronopost delivery from €7.28.
• Spain and Portugal: pick-up point delivery from €7.38. Chronopost delivery from €8.93.
• Italy, Austria, Luxembourg and Sweden: Chronopost delivery from €7.49.
• Switzerland: Colissimo International from €16.66.
• Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin and Saint Pierre and Miquelon: Colissimo from €15.43.
• New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna and the French Southern Territories: Colissimo from €22.64.

We do not deliver outside these destinations.

Delivery times

Once your parcel has been dispatched, allow 48 to 72 hours (working days) for Colissimo delivery in mainland France, and 48 hours (working days) for Chronopost delivery. The delivery times that apply to your order are shown when you choose your delivery method.

In accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, delivery takes place within a maximum of thirty (30) days.

Receiving your parcel

You have 24 hours after receiving your parcel to report any damage. If the parcel arrives damaged or shows traces of liquid, it must be refused, or a reservation must be made with the carrier. Otherwise, the claim cannot be taken into account.

For parcels returned because the pick-up point holding period has expired or because the recipient was absent, a credit note equal to the amount of the order, excluding delivery costs, is issued.

Returns

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your parcel, for unopened products in their original condition. Return and refund terms are detailed in our terms and conditions of sale.
